"For as long as I can remember, I have always been a fitness enthusiast. From leg warmers and high cut leotards, to wrist wraps and weight lifting gloves. I have participated in it all. My certifications in the past 28 years have given me the knowledge, confidence, and passion I share with others. The "Booty Camp" I created 8 years ago has permitted me to help so many women in so many ways. I continue to strive to teach my clients not only a healthy start, but a healthy lifestyle."

"I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Beachbody Coach and former Insanity Live Instructor. I enjoy running and have completed 6 half-marathons, 2 15ks and several 5ks and a duathlon. I also enjoy helping people to attain their goals and seeing them set new ones. I believe in living a health lifestyle, setting examples for my children and still enjoying the little treats in life. My fitness journey started with a diagnosis of diverticulitis in December 2016. I weighed 212 lbs. I knew I hadn’t been in a gym for 3 years and my eating habits were not good. In the spring of 2017, a new person where I work told me about Booty Camp and Janice Powers. I started my weight loss and healthy eating in the fall of 2017 when I signed up for my first Booty Camp. I weighed 209 lbs. My goal on day 1 was to not throw up. Success! Lol. Three Booty Camps later and Tuesday/Thursday classes in Dover, I have lost 70 lbs. and am stronger than ever!
