Sarah Elliott is a certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has an active history of sports, including 11 years of soccer, basketball, swimming and running. She has also achieved 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. She is currently an avid runner and has completed several races. Sarah is also an active SSI Swim instructor and an American Red Cross Lifeguard instructor. Her hobbies include travelling and playing with her crazy puppy, Mason.
